NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

 

            NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold its only regular meeting of the month in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 102 Town Hall Drive.

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following proposed amendment to the Town Code:

 

  1.       Zoning Amendment Request – 153.002 Definitions & 153.177(H)(8) Outdoor  

      Dining Activity Area(s): Allow Sail Shade(s)
