Street Improvement Recommendations for FY 20-21

Every five years, members of the Street Improvement and Special Projects Committee (SISPC) and Staff with the Town's Street Division thoroughly evaluate all streets in Kill Devil Hills and rate them on a scale that ranges from excellent to poor condition. The streets determined to be in poor condition are prioritized as the first to receive improvements.

On February 6, 2020, the SISPC voted to forward a list of street and drainage improvement recommendations to the Board of Commissioners (BOC) for the 2020/2021 fiscal year.

At the BOC's February 12, 2020, meeting the Board unanimously voted to accept the street improvement recommendations.
