As steps are cautiously being taken to ease certain restrictions, it is critically important that you do not let your guard down. COVID-19 is still circulating, and until there is a medical vaccine, we all must continue to act as the vaccine. Our community has done a great job at lessening the spread of the virus by maintaining our physical distance, washing our hands frequently, and wearing a cloth face covering when in public settings. These protective actions are still very much necessary. The daily changes and sacrifices we have been making haven’t been easy, but they are making a difference – YOU are making a difference! State Cases of COVID-19 
In North Carolina, there are currently 15,816 cases of COVID-19 in 99 counties. There have been 597 fatalities in NC associated with COVID-19. Currently, the state is reporting 521 hospitalizations across the state from COVID-19 illness.

County’s Positive Test Results
