BOC Meeting


Monday, March 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. the KDH Board of Commissioners
will hold its only regular meeting of the month. This will be a live, in-person
meeting held in the Administration Building at 102 Town Hall Drive.

Limited seating will be available. Social distancing  and wearing masks
will be required of all who attend this meeting in-person. Live-streaming

KILL DEVIL HILLS MARCH 8,2021 PUBLIC HEARINGS
TO BE HELD LIVE, IN-PERSON IN THE MEETING ROOM AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 102 TOWN HALL DRIVE

     
          At the March 8, 2021 meeting of the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners, three public hearings will be conducted on proposed amendments to Chapter 153, Zoning, of the Town Code. These hearings, as with the entire meeting, will be held beginning at 6:00 p.m., live and in-person, in the Meeting Room at the Administration Building, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road. Limited seating will be available. Social distancing and wearing masks will be required of all who attend this meeting. 

          All meeting materials are available at https://www.kdhnc.com/893/March-8-2021-Board-of-Commissioners-Meet. A printed packet is available for public inspection in the Town Clerk's Office, Administration Department, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road.           Written comments for Public Comment can be emailed to: info@kdhnc.com. Comments must include your name and address and are limited to three minutes for individuals, and five minutes when speaking for a group.
