 Re-Open 1/24/25 on 2 Hr. Delay

All Kill Devil Hills offices and facilities, including the Dry Trash Drop-Off and Recycle Centers, will re-open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025.

• Avoid Cruise Control: On icy roads, maintain full control of your car by avoiding cruise control.
