Reports have been made of customers receiving emails from DOXO, soliciting services to make online payments for utility bills. Using DOXO can cost the customer unnecessary fees, possibly delinquent bills and disconnections. The Town of Kill Devil Hills is NOT affiliated with DOXO in any way.

DOXO (doxo.com) is a third-party online bill payment website– they are NOT affiliated in any way with the Town of Kill Devil Hills.

We advise customers to only use the Town of Kill Devil Hills website and the Payments customer portal for online bill payments. Using other non-affiliated websites will be at a customer’s own risk.
