NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 6:00 o’clock p.m. the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold its second regular meeting of the month in the Meeting Room at the Administration Building, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In 2019, the North Carolina General Assembly adopted a reorganization of the state’s Planning and Development regulation statutes. To confirm this new statutory framework, the Town of Kill Devil Hills Town Code is required to be updated.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the mandated text amendment to Title XV: Land Usage section of the Kill Devil Hills Town Code to comply with the requirements of N.C.G.S. 160D:

At this public hearing, the Board of Commissioners may take action on the item, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the item for further consideration.
