NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 6:00 o’clock p.m. the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold its only regular meeting of the month in the Meeting Room at the Administration Building, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road. Social distancing guidelines, including mandatory masks, will be observed. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room at the Administration Building, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following proposed amendment to the Kill Devil Hills Town Code:
Proposed Zoning Amendment – §153.077(C)(16) –
Outdoor Dining / Activity Area(s) Lighting
The public hearing will be conducted in-person and social distancing guidelines, including mandatory masks, will be observed.

At this public hearing, the Board of Commissioners may take action on the item, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the item for further consideration.

THE KILL DEVIL HILLS BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
On Monday, October 11, 2021 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold its regular meeting of the month in the Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, off Colington Road; following the regular meeting, the Board will conduct a forum-style session during which any questions or comments will be welcomed. Social distancing and wearing masks will be required of all who attend this meeting and forum.
The Board of Commissioners embraces the importance of public opinion and appreciates the value of public input as they consider policies, ordinances, guide documents and other issues that may impact the overall quality of life in Kill Devil Hills and looks forward to this opportunity to hear about issues important to those who live here, work here, and own property in our town.
