NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 102 Town Hall Drive.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following proposed amendments to the Town Code:
- Proposed Zoning Amendment — §153.211(B) Light Industrial Two Zone & §153.231(B) Light Industrial One Zone — Modify Mixed Use Development Setback Requirements
- Proposed Zoning Amendment — §153.315 (B) Accessory Dwelling Units, §153.116 (C) Low Density Residential Zone Permitted Uses, §153.156 (E) High Density Residential Zone Permitted Uses — Add Accessory Dwelling Units for Long-Term Occupancy

Comments must include your name and address, and should be limited to three minutes when read aloud (five minutes when speaking for a group).
At these public hearings, the Board of Commissioners may take action on the items, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the items for further consideration.
