NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold a regular meeting in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, the Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings to receive public comment, both written and oral, on the following proposed amendments to the Town Code:
- Proposed Zoning Amendment – 153.310 Cottage Courts & 153.311 Cluster
Homes – Proposed modification to Cottage Court and Cluster Homes Regulations
- Proposed Zoning Amendment – 153.073 Landscaping Requirements –
Modify Buffer Requirements for Commercial Use(s)

Comments must include your name and address, and should be limited to three minutes when read aloud (five minutes when speaking for a group).
At these public hearings, the Board of Commissioners may take action on the items, with such action to include approval, disapproval, or tabling the items for further consideration.
