Personnel Board


The Personnel Board consists of three members and they meet on an as-needed basis. It is the policy of the town to provide a just procedure for the presentation, consideration, and disposition of employee grievances. The Personnel Board conducts hearings, either public or private, at the employee’s request, upon the request of discharged, suspended or demoted town employees. The group also advises the Board of Commissioners and the Town Manager on municipal problems.
